We had a 4 day stay where the second day there was some fault in a system in the hotel and everybody's ac weren't working plus in our bathroom there was problem in the flush so we requested to upgrade our room and the staff was helpful and polite and they did give us upgraded room on our 2nd day onwards

We loved this hotel, close to airport, friendly staff , loved their hospitality breakfasts and dinner menu . Too many options for food lovers. Looking forward to stay again .
