Good Hotel with great staff. Mr Eddie & Miss Ika and the rest of the staff were most helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was included & had a good choice of foods. Location was good, with many eateries colse by and 500m walk to the nearest Mall. Will stay at Ibis styles again & highly recommend this hotel.

Not too far from the beach, which wouldve been good. Just that I was too tired from late arrival, and being kept up most of the night with traffic and Mosque noise, so couldnt go there. I tried to make contact via expedia vhat to arrange.transport from airport. This didnt happen, no reply, even from four or five days out. Eeturn transport was areanged well though. Good breakfast service, plentiful and tasty. The scannable info in room said gym and pool were out of action. I find out at 0930, at reception that they are in operation, but only until 1000. So missed out. Would be nice to ipdate QR Scanned info.

Very well-designed hotel, beautiful and modernized. Everything in the hotel is well designed, colorful and beautiful. However, I have to comment some points. One is the internet connection. It is working but slow. If you need rapid response, you had better to connect by tethering system of your mobile phone. Another is swimming pool. That was too small to swim, only for children's play. I also comment about the equipment in the room. I missed a hand towel or small size towel. Generally, they don't have a small size towel in Indonesian hotels. But it was inconvenient. It is better to bring small (hand) towels with you.

Ibis Styles er et lidt slidt hotel, lagener og håndklæder er slidte og trænger til at blive fornyet. Der er en stor morgenmadsbuffet, udmærket. Svømmepølen er OK, men der mangler nogle mere behagelige solsenge. Placeringen tæt ved Ratu Mall og tæt på Centrepoint Indonesia er perfekt.

Stylish space for a brief stay

We stayed at Ibis Styles for one night on our way to Toraja, and I loved the funky style of the hotel. We had initially booked a twin room, but upon arrival discovered that it was too small for our family of three. We easily upgraded to a suite, although it meant that one of us slept on a sofa bed (never fun, never comfortable). The hotel could use better soundproofing, but all in all, I would recommend it for a night’s stay—it’s clean, it’s close to some great seafood restaurants (RM Losari, for one), and the buffet breakfast, incorporating both Asian and Western food, was incredibly generous. But more coffee, please!

Es gibt viel aber wenig Internationalen Standard wie man Ibis kennt! Frühstück: bei aller liebe zum regionalem Kaffe was wir gut finden! Ist es unzumutbar dass jeder Kaffee um die Tasse voll zu bekommen zweimal auf der Kaffeemaschine drücken muss und das einem vorkommet als warte maneine Ewigkeit ca4 min. Das einem beim Frühstück frischer Säfte auf der Unterlage an jedem Sitzplatz angepriesen werden und es nur einen Instanz Saft gibt, die einem den Morgen verderben können. Es mus jeden Morgen um ein Messer gebeten werden, da keine am Tisch sind, was immer sehr lange dauerte. Pool: leider sehr verschmutzt vom Boden bis zu Glasscheiben,davonmachen ganz abgesehen von der Wasseroberfläche und der Wasser Qualität die mehr nach Clor richte als nach frischem Wasser. Zum Poolboy :nur am Mobiltelefon oder durch nicht anwesend glänzt, davon abgesehen vom Service keine nachfragen ob was bestellen möchte zu trinken🤔 Solche Erfahrungen lassen einen zweifeln ob es immer so eine gute Wahl ist,ein Ibis zu nehmen
