"The house was great! It was clean and welcoming. There was lots of towels and linens in the house for our group. The game room was a nice bonus, even though we didn’t use that space as often as we thought. There’s a fun guest book when you check in that has great area recommendations from previous guests. Neighbor across the street is very nice (full time resident). I would recommend placing some patio furniture out front, lots of wasted space on a great patio. Also placing a paver stone or two between the stairs and back steps and patio. Those rocks hurt. I spent many mornings on the back patio soaking up all the birds and the great views of the mountains. A couple of rain showers were even enjoyed back there. It was a great house that we would definitely stay at again."

"We loved the size for our ten guests. The view was beautiful and so relaxing. The amenities were great. There was a rice cooker, and coffee maker that also did kuerig. There were beach towels and snorkel gear even a life jacket! Pool table and other game table in garage. Laundry detergent so that we could wash clothes and towels! What a great place for your family to visit!"

"The home was beautiful, and the views are unbeatable. The host responds quickly - usually within 15 minutes. This did feel like a long time, though, when the fire alarm in the house went off after we used the provided hair dryer. (No fire!) We couldn’t turn off the alarm, and the phone number provided was automated and said they’d call back. It was faster to message on VRBO, and they responded in about 12 minutes. Luckily the alarm turned itself off in that time, but it went off again a few minutes later. It was in every room and the exterior of the house, so it was very loud. They had a team member at the house within 15 minutes to check it out which was incredible timing! The power also went out in a small storm during our first day, and it was out for 5 hours. We also had no cell service due to the storm, so we couldn’t notify the host and had to just wait it out. Luckily, when the rain stopped and we waited for the power, the pool was worth using! The A/Cs kept the house very comfortableThe home location is through Waianae. Keep this in mind if you plan to do things on any other portion of the island. It took us 1-2 hours to get anywhere (especially the north shore), so a lot of our trip was spent driving. But the home itself and the neighborhood it’s in is beautiful. After everything, we still recommend this home. But be prepared for the extensive drives if you don’t plan to stay on the west side / Kapolei (which has plenty of stores and restaurants)"

"Everything was perfect! Location, accommodations, pool. Best for relaxing vacation outside of the city. Great for exploring beaches and hiking. The host thought of everything for our stay. I appreciated the yoga mat since I didn’t have room to pack one from home and beach chairs, snorkel gear and water shoes were nice to have. "

"Great houses in a great location. We used the pool and the gym while there and were not disappointed. It is a little bit of a drive(10 min) to get to any shops or restaurants, but the beauty and safety of the gated community wins. The only downside was of the 3 rooms upstairs, 2 had dressers in them but the one I had did not. It was inconvenient to have to keep all of my stuff in my suitcase for the week, but I made it work. The houses were clean and spacious. They had great outdoor space. "
