Brilliant staff. Great service

Impeccable service, particular thanks to Antonio for looking after us so well, a truly luxurious finale to our holiday!

Amazing place! The view from the balcony is just incredible, a view over the city with the mountains in the back ground and a beautiful night sky. The apartment was lovely and clean, comfortable and felt homely. The host was responsible with a few questions we had. The security on the building is brilliant and very secure. Location is fab - in a safe area with a big supermarket round the corner and restaurants on your doorstep. The host messaged us recommendations for eateries, washing, shops...

A little Gem in Santiago. Really enjoyed our stay.

We've certainly had a great time at The Singular. The room was comfortable, breakfast was great and the restaurant and rooftop bar staff were stellar! We left sure that we would go back to this hotel next time we're SCL. My only comment is for the front desk staff. Except for the girl (I forgot her name) who was very sweet, the male staff looked to always be in a bad mood or simply not wanting to be there at all. At check out, we ever received an eyeroll after asking one simple question....

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years and after 5 years or so we find it unchanged in the positive sense. Very accommodating staff, and all the services very accessible. We stayed on the 18th floor which has access to the upstairs lounge. All very nice.

All round top notch

Couldn’t fault the hotel. They were very accommodating and the staff everywhere were incredible, Patricia in the restaurant was fabulous and really helpful. Great location. Very spacious room.

The hotel was excellent from all the staff ,to the great breakfast, to the welcoming afternoon tea in a lovely peaceful oasis. The room was beautiful and all amenities provided including a fresh bottle of water every night. The bed was massive and very comfortable, would definately reccomend this hotel.

Helpful staff. Food in the dining room was good, but sometimes the service in the dining room was very slow. Staff in other areas - housekeeping, reception etc could not be faulted.

Excellent
