The food there was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful , I complained about everything in my room and was told housekeeping would be told . I also asked why there were no gluten free sausages at breakfast. I had informed them in February about my husband’s intolerances . The man I spoke to went out and bought some for the next day. He couldn’t alter the room rate but comped us with dinner on one night. No elevator that I saw and there is a 1 story walk up to reception, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. The parking at the back is limited and a little intimidating at first. "This is a lovely, clean and inviting B&B - made exceptional by the couple who run it.
My room and the whole place felt spacious, the views are lovely (across fields down to the harbour), and also the location is great even if you don't have your own transport.
I'm vegan, and not only was there plenty to choose from, but they'd have got in more had my message got through the system soon enough! I had fresh fruit and toast every morning, and having breakfast cooked to order was so nice, too...

"The sister hotel to the Shore was where we needed to check in, it is undergoing refurbishment of its facade. The Shore was clean, easy access to the city center, and meet our needs. Parking was easy and the staff went the extra mile to help us with our luggage as there is no elevator at the Shore (we knew that at the time we made our reservation)"
