"Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the scent of the shampoo and body wash (wished I can purchase a set home.) They even provided us umbrellas on the rainy days. "This is a great place and decent location and great to be away from the crowds it’s just a bit of a walk to get into the old town area which is where the best food and drink Places are. But it’s an easy enough walk and easy To get taxis. Staff are friendly and facilities Are all good, clean and convenient . "
