Our favourite accommodation from our trip in Malaysia and Singapore. Excellent customer service from start to finish, daily housekeeping and replenishment of water, toiletries etc. Our apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable, great AC, fantastic shower, use of washing machine. Although the hotel is right next to a fairly busy, but small road, later on at night the noise is no issue whatsoever and as a light sleeper I had no trouble sleeping! Would highly recommend, good value for money and would return again in the future. Interior design n lighting design ia good except mirror in room not brightly lit for doing make up. Whenever we book grab it takes around 5-10min. Dislike. Phone cannot access reception. Washing machine takes a v long time to wash n spin dry. Tv has v limited chinese tv channels Daytime is all malay PROGRAMs n night time only 1 channel with chinese or Korean tv program. Will b better to have another wc since there are 4 staying together. We are two people, each had our own room, and the rest of the apartment was perfectly decorated and completely spotless. First thing we did was a load of laundry (and thank goodness they had laundry soap there!). The entire place is modern with western standards. Location is an easy walk to Georgetown, a couple blocks from the mall, and generally well appointed. Check-in was a breeze once we realized we needed to call, and they were kind enough to let us in to the apartment earlier than the stated check-in time.
