Breakfast on the roof terrace! It's not a 5* hotel but as a base to explore the east coast of the island - or as a stop-off near the airport - this is outstanding value for money

it is very simple property and room is small. Bath room is so small that it is very difficult for a person to take rotation inside. breakfast is limited. cleanliness is good. it is close to Mahebourg bus station.

Excellent budget guest house close to the airport.
It's a family who run the guest house they are lovely people very kind and helpful, the airport pick up was excellent, they even took me up to the biscuit factory as it was pouring with rain. Breakfast was substantial and as budget accommodation close to the airport it is excellent for a short stopover.

Great Hospitality
Tyvabro guesthouse is great for solo travelers, couples and families. Great position in the middle of the town, with the all necessary points (supermarkets, local market, restaurants, post office, petrol stations...). Guest house can arrange tours or excursions at your preferences as well. Host is wonderful and takes proud in his work and always take cares of his patrons. To understand Mauritius and culture of the islanders, this is the best and frankly the most economic option.

Excellent value in a Good Location
The hotel is in a quiet street, but within walking distance to the bus station and the main shopping area of Mahebourg. While the architecture is odd in places (part of the appeal), and the street front not particularly appealing, there are great views from the roof terrace and across to Lion Mountain. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, you have a private shower and loo, free WiFi, and the use of a safe in your room. There are communal self serve tea and coffee facilities, and the fee includes a decent breakfast. The manager is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for the money.

The Tyvabro is a guesthouse in the heart of Mahebourg. In itself the building is not very attractive and the hotel is a bit hidden. The first impression is to enter in somebody's house as you enter in the owner's living room and it is a bit messy. The rooms are quite big. This being said, everything is very clean, breakfast is great and the owners are really helpful and attentive. Furthermore, location is great to explore Mahebourg and its market and blue bay. Main drawback I would say is the mosque nearby waking you up at 6 in the morning.

Picked this place by price and closeness to airport and did not expect too much. But it was surprisingly great option, specially for budget traveler like me. Plenty of parking space nearby, safe to leave your valuables and documents to your room. Near police station, so it is also very safe area, I think. A bit boring breakfast, but still okay. hostess was very friendly and helping. not much dining possibilities nearby, but Le Captain is just in 300 m distance. Overall: good place. Thanks!.

L'hôtel est bien situé dans Mahébourg, proche du terminal de bus et du marché. Le quartier est calme et il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Il est très propre, le ménage est fait tous les jours. Ma chambre était simple mais tout y était agréablement fonctionnel, la salle de bain avait un bon débit d'eau bien chaude, des prises européennes , lumière (entre autre ) de chaque côté du lit, coffre fort, climatisation et ventilateur... La wifi fonctionne bien. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux (oeuf, crêpe, vache qui rit, pain, beurre, confiture, assiette de deux types de fruits). Il est servi sur une terrasse rooftop avec une belle vue sur la rivière. Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute. Il m'a été possible de laisser mes bagages à la réception de l'hôtel jusqu'à mon départ en milieu d'après midi, avant lequel j'ai encore pu prendre une douche. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct.

Situation géographique très très bien. Chambre très sympathique au deuxième étage, escaliers raides et étroits pas facile avec valises.Vaste espace commun. Terrasses vue magnifique et très grandes au troisième étages ouvertes à toutes les chambres. Séjour très court juste une étape avant de reprendre l’avion.Chauffeur disponible pour visiter Mahebourg et ns conduire plus tard à l’aéroport. Famille accueillante .

長く滞在される方、モーリシャス をエクスプローされたい方にはとても快適と言えます。 部屋は十分な上、エアコン、扇風機もあり、冷蔵庫もございます。ゲストハウスですがトイレもシャワーも自分の部屋についています。ルーフトップで朝食を用意してくれます。毎日少し違うものを用意してくれます。 とても気持ちがよく1時間は朝ゆっくり朝食を頂けました。 近くにはローカルスーパーマーケット、ローカルレストラン(リーズナブルやところもあれば高いところもあります、しかし味は絶品！！英語も通じます) 毎日美味しく食事をしました。大きなバス停も歩いて行ける距離にあり、タクシーがとても高いモーリシャス ではとても便利なエリアです。 必要であればタクシーの手配などもしてくれます。とても素敵なファミリーが経営するゲストハウス 安心して利用できます。

Posizione strategica per chi si muove coi mezzi pubblici, a due passi dalla stazione dei pullman di Mahebourgh, dalla quale partono corse per tutta l'isola. Camere pulite e luminose che vengono rifatte ogni giorno, buona pulizia. Cabine doccia e wc e lavandino a vista in camera (tutto sommato ci si adatta bene). Ottima e completa la colazione, gradevole la terrazza dove viene servita. Caffè e tè sempre a disposizione dei clienti. Ventilatore e aria condizionata ben funzionanti ma non necessari (non fa mai eccessivamente caldo). Ottima soluzione di budget, tranquilla e gradevole la cittadina. In dieci minuti di pullman si arriva a Blu Bay (laguna splendida, consigliato giro in motoscafo per snorkeling e sosta a isle de cocos, molto economico) e Point d'Easny, bellissima spiaggia. Struttura ampiamente consigliata.

+ Très bon accueil. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Mise à disposition de micro onde, café, thé, etc.... Convient aux petits budgets. - Coffre-fort numérique fermé sur simple clé de service (dangereux); au moins, je ne l'ai pas utilisé. Fourmis. Les portes de toilettes et douche sont incroyablement bas (< 1m80?). La chambre était ménagée une seule fois pendant 4 nuits, donc il n'y a pas service de ménage quotidien comme annoncé. WiFi est très limité.

Desole pour les inconveniant mais la clef de coffre devez restez a votre disposition si vous utilisez. Mais le menage on croyais que la dame fait son travaille comme il faut. Il fallait nous informer . Desole pour le wifi aussi peut etre c'etait la faute de grosse pluie et cyclone berguita.

Très bon accueil. Chambre bien équipée avec clim. Petit dej complet sur terrasse. Propreté rassurante. Vue du coucher de soleil à partir de la terrasse au niveau 4. Tout est prévu pour la détente!

völlig in Ordnung
Ich hatte zehn Übernachtungen und kann die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Der nächste öffentliche Strand ist der Blue Bay, dort kommt man mit dem Bus günstig hin. Der Busbahnhof ist von der Unterkunft nicht weit weg. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war auch super. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit (z.B. Segelausflug buchen oder Roller mieten)
