What made it frustrating is that many hotels allow guests to enter the room a few minutes early if it’s already available — especially when they can clearly see the family is exhausted after long travel. Even a small gesture like that would have made a big difference.Throughout the stay, I felt like certain front-desk or bar staff were looking for a reaction instead of trying to be helpful.
