Room was clean but very dated. Everything worked, however the outlets were few and one required repair. AC was loud and not sufficient to fully cool the room, but not terrible. Convenient to 96th Street subway. Staff was very friendly. Overall, a good experience.

Rooms were clean & tidy and cleaned each day also. Desk was manned at all times. Close to Times Square, and tube on corner of 49th/7th (50 yrds away)
