The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and polite. Room was a little cramped and the bathtub was dirty, but the beds were very comfortable and daily housekeeping was great. Staff smiled and greeted us whenever we passed. The hotel is safe and conveniently located, too - would definitely stay again!

Hotel 3232 is a great place to stay while visiting NYC. Rooms were clean and comfortable. All staff went above and beyond to assist. Very central location with easy and close access to the subway.
