La primera noche la cabaña se inundó con la lluvia, tenía goteras por todos lados. Nuestras maletas y pertenencias quedaron empapadas. Nos cambiaron de cabaña a las 2 de la mañana. Nos cambiaron a una cabaña llena de cucarachas. Decidimos cancelar nuestra estancia y abandonamos el hotel. Estamos solicitando que nos reembolsen nuestro dinero más daños a nuestras pertenencias y perjuicios. Arruinaron nuestras vacaciones.

Excelente pero cuando llegue me querían cobrar otra vez esto por falta de comunicación entre Expedia y el hotel fue un momento desagradable ya que perdimos 2 horas arreglándolo, el personal del hotel excelente pero creo que es mejor ir directo al hotel Expedia no aviso y tardo para clarificar el problema.
