Theapartment is located within a private residential complex comprising 4 villas.

It consists of a living area with large windows, thanks to which the sky and the sea remain the true stars of this dream home; a large kitchen equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay; a master bedroom with a private bathroom, both with ocean views; a second master or double bedroom with an additional private bathroom; a large outdoor area complete with an oven and barbecue for pleasant al fresco dinners.

Guests have access to the spacious garden with a lawn and a splendid sea view, where they can enjoy intimate moments of relaxation.

Although the unit is adjacent to a portion of the main house, it still enjoys excellent privacy thanks to the large garden for exclusive use.

The upper-level unit, which has a separate entrance, is occupied by the owners of theproperty, who will be happy to provide any additional assistance to guests as needed while ensuring their privacy is respected

The accommodation is not equipped with baby gear (cot, high chair, changing table, etc.). If you are travelling with children, please do not use the instant booking option; instead, verify in advance that the accommodation meets your needs.



HOUSE RULES

1) Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors—Pets are not allowed—2) Glass cups are not permitted on the lawn—3) Do not move indoor furniture or decorations outside—4) Do not move furniture or other items on your own (please let us know if you’d like changes made; we’ll take care of them) - 5) Recycling must be done in accordance with all instructions provided to guests inside the accommodation - 6) Keep the place clean - 7) Report any breakages immediately - 8) In the event of a late check-out exceeding 30 minutes, a surcharge of €100 will be charged. Check-out must, in any case, take place no later than 11:00 a.m. - 9) Housekeeping service is available for an additional fee of €150 - 10) Changes to bed linens and towels are €30 per room.
