  • The house, a typical peasant house built between the second half of 1800 and early 1900 is situated in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, 3 km from Lake Trasimeno, near the town of Mansfield, 20 km from Perugia, 35 KM Assisi, has been recently renovated but still retains all the characteristics it had in passato.Il small vineyard still producing excellent red wine and a special sweet wine produced by the same method called vin'santo grandparents, our olive trees is obtained one of the best extra virgin olive oil dop in the area. The house will be rented to one family at a time and includes the exclusive use of private parking.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in Umbrien

Wir haben als Familie zu fünft im Juni 2025 insgesamt sechs Nächte in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Magione in einem Garten mit alten Olivenbäume und einigen Obstbäume. Die sehr freundlichen, sehr hilfsbereiten und rücksichtsvollen Vermieter wohnen auf dem Nachbargrundstück. Sie betreiben auf dem Grundstück des Ferienhauses ein wenig Landwirtschaft, im wesentlichen die Kultivierung der Olivenbäume und einiger Obst- und Gemüsepflanzen. Das beeinträchtigt den Urlaubsgenuss in keiner Weise. Das Haus wurde teilweise renoviert und befindet sich in gutem Zustand, die Ausrüstung ist sehr gut, es hat nichts gefehlt. Insbesondere vom Pool haben wir an den heißen Tagen, die wir dort erlebt haben, sehr profitiert. Eine Klimaanlage haben wir nicht vermisst, Lüften am Abend unter Nutzung der Ventilatoren genügte. Die Vermieter betreiben viel Aufwand zur Mückenabwehr, alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter ausgerüstet. Das wirkt nach unserer Wahrnehmung. In die Wiese unten im Garten würde ich aber nur mit langen Hosen gehen. Magione ist hübsch auf einem Hügel gelegen und bietet viel gute Infrastruktur für die Selbstversorgung im Urlaub. Der Ort eignet sich ausgezeichnet als Basis für Ausflüge im schönen Umbrien. Ein typischer Touristenort ist er nicht, dafür gab er uns das Gefühl, im richtigen Italien Urlaub zu machen. Genau das haben wir gesucht. Wir haben im Ferienhaus wunderbar erholsame Tage erlebt und hoffen, dass wir eines Tages zurückkehren können.

nous avons trouvé cette location conforme à l'annonce, qui nous a permis - car bien localisée - de visiter l'Ombrie . La terrasse et sa pergola ainsi que le jardin attenant nous ont également donné l'occasion d'un repos agréable. Les propriétaires ont su répondre à nos besoins et apporter des marques d'attention que l'on n'oubliera pas.

Natura e pace

La nostra vacanza in famiglia è andata benissimo. La casa è spaziosa, pulita con tutte le comodità. I proprietari, Michele ed Elisa hanno saputo mantenere a questa casa ristrutturata, tutto lo "charme" delle case coloniche umbre, con giardino e gazebo-pergola. Casa immersa nella natura, ma il centro di Magione è raggiungibile a piedi. Posizione geografica perfetta per visitare i luoghi turistici e fare belle passeggiate al Lago Trasimeno. Grazie a Michele ed Elisa per la loro accoglienza e disponibilità, sempre pronti a rendere servizio e dare informazioni. Abbiamo apprezzato la loro sensibilità alla natura ed il loro impegno a coltivare e produrre prodotti genuini. Abbiamo avuto scambi molto cordiali. Speriamo rivederli. Isabella C. e famiglia

Une maison agréable

Une maison individuelle d'une propreté irréprochable et au calme tout en étant proche des commerces. Bien située pour effectuer de belles visites en Ombrie et en Toscane voire pour une excursion à Rome (2h de la villa Hadriana et d'Este). Un bel accueil agrémenté des légumes du jardin. Présence de jeux pour enfants dans le jardin (maison et toboggan) et de jeux de société à l'intérieur. Même en cas de forte chaleur le rez-de-chaussé est bien frais.

nido di relax

Casa Grazietta è un vero nido di relax, in ottima posizione immersa nel verde in zona tranquillissima. E' stata luogo ideale per il ns soggiorno a Magione (ottima punto di partenza per mete turistiche). Tra le sue mure si respira aria di familiare accoglienza, è ben organizzata e attrezzata, con ampi spazi interni ed esterni. Un grazie speciale ai proprietari Elisa&Michele che sono squisiti, disponibilissimi e molto accoglienti. Saluti Paola & C.

Dimora perfetta per vacanza in Umbria

Casa Grazietta ha ospitato le vacanze pasquali di due famiglie (ben 7 persone in tutto) con grande comfort. Michele ed Elisa sono persone splendide e ospitali. La casa ha ampi spazi all'esterno che la rendono perfetta per chi ha anche bambini. Arredi e dotazioni complete ed efficienti. Posto incantevole. Camino e stufa per creare l'atmosfera. Grazie mille!

La casa è molto carina e funzionale, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Il giardino è perfetto per riposarsi e a misura di bambino, con tanto di scivoli e giochi funzionanti. I proprietari Michele ed Elisa sono stati perfetti: gentilissimi e molto corretti, la comunicazione con loro è stata perfetta. Consigli per futuri ospiti: - le camere sono al primo piano, ma se avete bambini è possibile mettere un cancelletto per impedir loro di fare le scale da soli. Ricordatevi di chiederlo. - se arrivate con il navigatore, inserite come indirizzo 'via della conca'. La casa è in fondo alla via.

Bellissimo soggiorno

La casa è bella, appena ristrutturata, accogliente e pulitissima. A un passo dal lago Trasimeno e Perugia è posizionata al centro delle più importanti località turistiche umbre. Elisa e Michele sono stati degli ospiti impeccabili. Gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi evenienza ci hanno accolto come dei vecchi amici. Il posto ideale per una vacanza in pieno relax. Maison et jardin très agr...

Maison et jardin très agréables. Nous y étions lors d'une période de forte chaleur (40°) et la maison était un bon refuge ! Les propriétaires nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux et n'hésitent pas à rendre service. La maison est très bien équipée et parfaitement adaptée à une famille. Location idéalement placée pour la visite de cette belle région.

"maison très agréable, au calme, au milieu de la nature tout en étant proche du village. Cette location permet de visiter aisément toutes les magnifiques villes d''Ombrie (Assise, Orvieto, Todi...) et celles de Toscane (Sienne ...) Le seul "petit" soucis est de trouver la maison la première fois, mais nos charmants propriétaire se font un plaisir de venir vous chercher dans le village pour vous guider jusqu''à la maison Elisa et Michele sont des gens charmants, discrets et soucieux de votre bien être. Il faut goûter à leur vin et à leurs confitures!! Ce sera avec plaisir que nous retournerons chez Elisa et Michele pour finir de visiter ces superbes régions "

"Logement d''une propreté irréprochable. A l''écart de toute grande route; le silence et la tranquillité facilitent le repos. En revanche, le logement est difficile à trouver, même avec GPS, mais les propriétaires se proposent gentiment de venir vous chercher à la gare, même en cas d''arrivée tardive. Il faut particulièrement souligner la qualité de l''accueil par les propriétaires qui sont toujours aux petits soins pour vous. En outre, Magione est une localisation pratique pour excursionner en Ombrie."

"Dans une propriété située dans véritable écrin de verdure, nous avons passé un séjour fort agréable. Le calme et la douceur de vivre y sont garantis. Le jardin magnifiquement entretenu, offre ombrage et quiétude. Un hamac sous les oliviers nous invite aux incontournables siestes indispensables aux heures chaudes. Cette région est riche en découvertes (Assise, Pérouse, Lac de Trasimène et de nombreux villages pittoresques). Cette maison indépendante est très accueillante. Les propriétaires discrets, sont très attentifs au bon déroulement du séjour des hôtes. A recommander vivement pour les amoureux de calme et de nature."

"maison spacieuse dans un endroit très calme et tres vert. (avec terrasse et jardin) endroit idéal pour visiter Perugia Assisi, Orvietto, Spoletto et bien d'autres villes et villages magnifiques. à proximité d'un lac (pour l'été) Michele ett Elisa sont charmants et vous donnent les bonnes adresses pour acheter de l'huile d'olive au gout exceptionel. cependant, n'essayez pas de trouver vous-meme l'adresse, car la via correspond en fait à tout un quartier et non à une rue. Meme le facteur doit avoir des problemes. "
