- The house, a typical peasant house built between the second half of 1800 and early 1900 is situated in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, 3 km from Lake Trasimeno, near the town of Mansfield, 20 km from Perugia, 35 KM Assisi, has been recently renovated but still retains all the characteristics it had in passato.Il small vineyard still producing excellent red wine and a special sweet wine produced by the same method called vin'santo grandparents, our olive trees is obtained one of the best extra virgin olive oil dop in the area. The house will be rented to one family at a time and includes the exclusive use of private parking.
