"The room was very nice, comfortable and quite spacious. The hotel is located slightly outside the city centre, so walking into the centre takes around 45 minutes. However, the location is very convenient for public transport. The station is only about a 3-minute walk away, with several S-Bahn lines going directly into the city centre. The surrounding area felt very safe and pleasant, with a modern residential neighbourhood and grocery shops nearby. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, and overall the room and the stay were very enjoyable."

"Great location for train travelers just 100 metres from the Hofbahn sud exit. Staff very helpful though no mention of the pool upstairs. Aircon was great and shower excellent. Outside the hotel the area is a bit edgy but really not a problem"

"Good location and spacious room. The "room" was actually 3 interconnecting rooms which gave us: 1) Bedroom and bathroom 1 2) The sitting room and kitchen 3) Bedroom and bathroom 2 This layout was good and meant we could open everything up or close the bedrooms for privacy at night. There was an issue with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, which unfortunately could not be fixed during our stay. The staff were very apologetic and gave us breakfast as compensation on 2 of our 3 nights, which I felt was an appropriate and appreciate gesture. Staff all spoke excellent English and although we arrived late on the first night we were greeted with a warm welcome and everything explained clearly. Some reviews have commented that parking was difficult, we did not find this to be the case at all, we stopped at the reception (leaving the car directly outside the hotel entrance) and were given room keys and instructions on how to enter the parking. You have to drive round the block to enter the parking area which is under the local shopping centre, the hotel parking is a private, barriered area of the underground car park. Once you have driven round and down, you have direct, secure (via your room key) access to the reception and rooms via a lift. Breakfast was good and we would stay here again."

"The rooms are excellent. They are beautifully designed! Would have liked to stay one more day just to enjoy the room! They have all the needed amenities, including a steam iron, all stored meticulously. Sound proofed. Very tastefully designed, luxurious room. Great value for money. There is a tram running outside."
