Excellent 2 8 - Good 3 6 - Okay 3 4 - Poor 0 2 - Terrible 0 ## Reviews ### 6/10 Okay #### ゆー 8 Jan 2018 Disliked: Room comfort #### スキー場のあるホテル 露天風呂は本館から離れている。雪の中を結構 歩かなければならない。駐車場の端にある。。 とても寒かった。 ##### ゆー Stayed 1 night in Jan 2018 ### 8/10 Good #### たかひろ 28 May 2017 Liked: Staff & service, room comfort #### ご飯が美味しい。でも… 晩ごはんも朝ごはんも美味しかったです。 アクティビティの値段が全体的に高いと思いました。 ツリートレッキングをしましたが、1人1600円くらいに対し、活動時間は15分程度。コスパが低い ##### たかひろ ### 8/10 Good #### HIROKO 6 Nov 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 大自然の中のホテル ホテルズ ドットコムの宿泊特典で 尾瀬トレッキングの前泊で訪問しました。 また利用したいと思いました。 △先に 残念だった点 ・別館のお風呂への外用スリッパが、 男性サイズで歩きにくい。 子供用はあるみたいでしたが、 3分ほど歩くのが 大変でした。 ・別館お風呂 女性脱衣室が、18時台 床が 髪の毛だらけ。インスペクションが 難しいなら、せめてコロコロを設置して いただければ。。。 ・エレベーターが2台しかなく、宿泊客の 人数や動線に対して不十分かも。 (ぎりぎり我慢できる範囲でしたが) ・朝食ビュッフェ 終了時間早すぎ 確か、内容同じ2会場のうちの、最上階の 方は なんと8:30まで！ 10時チェックアウトのホテルで、 これは ありえません。ご検討ください。 △よかった点 ・部屋(9F)からの眺望 ・本館のお風呂&別館の露天風呂 お湯の質など、私には合っていて 大変ゆっくり楽しめました。 ・フロント、レストランのスタッフさんたち みなさん誠実でホスピタリティ高い 接客でした。一番「また来たいな」と 感じたポイントです。 ・ビュッフェの食事 前菜も色んな味付けの たくさんの種類か あり、某Dィズニー近くのホテルなどに ありがちな「お粗末感」は全然ないです。 天ぷらの揚げ加減が 特によかったです。 お肉も柔らかく、おかわりしました。 ソフトドリンク飲み放題なのに奥の方に あり、気づきませんでしたが、 良心的だと感じました。 全体のコストパフォーマンスで考えると 「がんばっているなあ」という印象。 周辺の自然も素晴らしく、ぜひまた利用したいです。 ##### HIROKO ### 8/10 Good #### Kazuko 19 Oct 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 効率的に周辺観光ができる 尾瀬の草紅葉を見るのが目的で利用。新幹線の上毛高原駅から往復ともホテルの無料シャトルバスがあり、かつ、尾瀬の鳩待峠まで（有料ですが）お弁当付き送迎があるので、こちらのホテルに決めました。近くの宝川温泉までの送迎もあるので、到着日にはこちらも利用しました。利用した週末は好天に恵まれ、到着後すぐ有名な宝川温泉の露天風呂に行け、満足。ホテルの部屋は10Ｆのコーナートリプルで、たいへん眺望がよかったです。翌日は１時間かけて鳩待峠までシャトルバスで送ってもらいました。道中、ドライバーさんによる照葉峡などの周辺のガイドもなかなかよかったです。尾瀬では５時間弱のトレッキングを楽しみ、３時半にホテルに戻り、チェックアウト後でしたが、ホテルの温泉大浴場を利用することができたのはたいへんよかったです。入浴が済んで２０分後ぐらいに、またシャトルの無料バスで駅まで送っていただくという行程でした。まったく時間のロスがなく、コスパもよく、紅葉、温泉、尾瀬トレッキング、と、たいへん満足度の高い、良い週末でした。 ##### Kazuko ### 10/10 Excellent #### MITSUO 21 Sept 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort いいホテルですが、（宿泊客に言うべきマナーと思いますが）乳児まで温泉に入れるのは避けていただきたいと思います。 ##### MITSUO ### 6/10 Okay #### Tomoko 15 Jul 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 自然を楽しみたいのなら ホテル自体はきれいでよかったです。が、周りは本当に「森」しかないです。一番近くのコンビニまで、車で40分くらいかかります。 夕食なしのプランだったのですが、\\4,000くらいでつける事も可能なようです。 朝食は種類も豊富でおいしかったです。 自然を楽しみたいのなら、おススメです。 ##### Tomoko ### 10/10 Excellent #### George 29 Aug 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities ##### George Stayed 1 night in Aug 2021 ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller 28 Dec 2016 Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort ##### Verified traveller ### Expedia's Latest Trends ### Hotels > -
