The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing olympic size pool. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. The only down side to the hotel is that is is very far from the Chiang Mai city. Perfect hotel if you want to stay at the hotel and swim in the pool. They do offer a free shuttle into the city at 10am and 6pm and pick up at 10pm. Not happy with the lack of a safe and restricted view with a few bugs flying into the room that was tatty ! To be charged on my room booked for two people + for a breakfast not included when I paid extra specially for my mums separate room for 2people+ was insulting especially as I made+a point of this site not differentiating between one or more people staying in a room just with or without breakfast included ! Food was adequate unless ordered in room when it was warm by the time it arrived ! Restaurant had no air con or fans with Mosis around ! The service is good. The pool is great, though the water is too cold for swimming. The environment is quiet except on the 1st Fri night, the music from outside was extremely loud.
