Tremendously cozy and fully equipped duplex apartment to make your seasonal stay in the wonderful city of Madrid a success.   
  
Downstairs it consists of a spacious living room with two different spaces, one with the living-dining room and the other one serves as a bedroom with a single bed. Same way, we find a toilet on this floor.   
  
On the upper floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

Very convenient location close to downtown but off the main arteries. Good neighbourhood, safe and pleasant. The appartment is clean and has many commodities for a short stay. Very modern design. Nice bathrooms. Would repeat
