One of the most popular neighborhoods of Madrid, La Latina, is home to the apartment building SLEEP El Rastro.

Santa Ana street is a small oasis of tranquility in these lively surroundings: a quiet spot its location notwithstanding. The building is surrounded by some of the best known restaurants in the world, where you can enjoy the most traditional food.

A 50sqm apartment perfectly distributed to accommodate up to two guests. Fully renovated, It has a bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and an open kitchen fully equipped with hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine.

The bathroom has a hairdryer, towels and free complimentary toiletries. In addition, we will welcome you with a kit of essential kitchen and cleaning products, so you can enjoy the apartment from day one.

We provide an in-house cleaning team for frequent or occasional cleaning services. Monthly utilities are not included in the reservation rate which represents 110€/month.

The signing of a lease by both parties is required before check-in time. Lease agreements on commercial premises that are owned and leased by businesses, in which the name of the tenant who will occupy the property, is not specified are subject to 21% VAT addition to the monthly rent.
