    All the properties we manage are intended to meet temporary non-touristic accommodation needs and comply with the requirements established by current regulations, including those set forth in Royal Decree 1312/2024.

    To formalize any stay, it is mandatory to sign a rental agreement specifying the purpose of the trip. Refusal to sign this agreement may be considered sufficient grounds for cancelling the reservation.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
Location is excellent, right across the street from a high end hotel and central to lots of city sights and restaurants.Very clean and lots of space for family of four. Kitchen well equipped. Only things to improve is the AC did notWork well, was there during a heat wave but much warmer than ac said it was. Also only got 2 towels for 4 people, mgmt comp said they would deliver more and never did.
