The spacious and light-filled rooms create a calm climate, as they have highlighted the sky blue color in both details and walls, creating an atmosphere that will make us feel well welcomed and calm. The furniture in neutral tones and the glass lounge table, make the room not overloaded. The apartment of 70 square meters has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed and en suite bathrooms. Located a few meters from the beautiful Retiro Park, it enjoys a privileged location. Just a walk from the apartment there is a great commercial offer with the most exclusive shops. In addition, numerous bars and restaurants abound in the vicinity of this apartment that can boast of being in the heart of the gastronomic 'Golden Mile' of Madrid. It is very well connected by both metro and bus, with Ibiza metro station being the closest. We stayed for 2 weeks to be near family. The setting is a very quiet side street with easy access to the beautiful Retiro Park where we walked/ran almost daily. The kitchen was well-equipped to easily make a few family dinners. There are some great restaurants nearby and it is a short walk to 2 different metro stations. The bed was very comfortable. Some of the spaces are tight but very manageable. My very minor suggestions for a few additional items would be to stock a few more kitchen basics like salt and pepper and a roll of paper towels. A hair dryer would also be a great addition as I never bother to travel with one. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again. ##### Renee S.
