Building and room was clean. Location next to bus and metro. Apt does not have any ventilation so once moisture accumulates from shower, it stays damp. We even used a fan and towels to dry areas but it would come back. New place but mold already growing on ceiling and shower. They need to redo the building. If it wasnt for that it would be fine for the price.
