The location is very convenient. It’s walkable to all the places we wanted to go. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is on the 5th level so you get to see locals staying in other floors. The room is great! It’s spacious, modern, and has basic hotel amenities available. It’s clean and we really enjoyed our stay there. Just a minor nitpick, the walls are thin so you can hear people talking in the lobby which can be loud at times.

The hotel is in the most excellent location within the walking distance from all the major landmarks. The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and polite. Our room was ready well before the check in time. However the rooms are very small. There are no drawers, closets, safe boxes. If you just need a place to stay, it will be perfect.

Everything was very good. The hotel has an excellent central location with easy access to public transportation, including a direct metro connection to the airport. Most major historical sites are within walking distance. If you walk around 10,000 steps a day, you can easily see almost everything. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

This is a nice, safe, centrally located hotel. The rooms are very small but spotless and comfortable. The hotel is a perfect place just to rest after a day of sightseeing. Restaurants, shops, sites and the Metro are all just steps away. Friendly staff.

i really liked the room we stayed in, but glad i made the upgrade to a bigger suite. i don’t think i would’ve enjoyed it as much if i hadn’t. loved the towel warmer and balcony. it’s a good location just outside of grand via so it’s way less crowded in this area. my complaint: staff/receptionist knocked on our door saying to turn down our music. it wasn’t loud at all, we brought a tiny speaker and had it on 30% volume while we showered. we literally only used the speaker one day for maybe 20 minutes before we went out. meanwhile we were woken up at 7 am to a grand piano being practiced in another room/floor? it was an ongoing practice from 7-11 am. overall since the hotel is such a small section of the building, the receptionist were helicoptering. i come to madrid a lot, i probably wouldn’t book this one again. there are too many great hotels in the area

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which truly made the experience even better. It’s not a hotel, even less a boutique one. It’s a level in an apartment building, so very airbnb style, but without its advantages (no kitchen, no fridge). Tiny rooms. Very basic. OK for one night, but you may want to look for smth more comfortable for a longer stay. On a brighter side, it’s clean and centrally located. Staff is polite and responsive.

Hotel was very difficult to find. It is in a residential building with no signage, I phoned the hotel but got through to their sister hotel and they did not know where to go either. Room was clean and nicely furnished though and location was great.
