Communication was good and staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Room was kept clean to a high standard. The only reason I didn't give it full marks is the heating wasn't working very well so the room felt a bit chilly in the evening. Maybe provide a duvet in the winter. Otherwise, it is an excellent place to stay to explore Madrid. Very central to all the major attractions and close to the metro station as well. Malasaña is a fantastic neighborhood replete with bars and restaurants with a very hip and laid-back vibe. Me pasó de encontrar una pequeña cucaracha muerta en el piso de la habitación, pero nada mas que eso. Si bien la habitación es chica, para una sola persona, el tamaño es correcto. La ubicación es excelente, transporte cerca, compras y gastronomía a un paso.
