The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok, nothing special though. Rooms don't have air conditioning, so the only way to keep cool at night is to open the window, which lets in mosquitoes. I would stay there again, but would bring insect repellent.

Fantastic hotel - very unusual building (in a good way). Clean, tidy and handy for driving to/from. Only minor issue was room was a little cold.

Good hotel!
Really good hotel in the area. Stayed at a few hotels in the area and area of Boadilla and this is the best. 10 min from Boadilla by train.

Ease of booking in despite it being late at night. Secure parking, large room and very clean As we booked a dog friendly room it would have been nice to have a pet bed available Will definitely stay again

Not recommended.
This hotel did not look like a 4-star hotel, exterior was bad, facilities were extremely basic and minimal no tea/coffee facilities in room, 9 euros for breakfast which wasn’t worth it at all. Had lots of flies in our room whe we arrived and reception had to get it sorted. No local amenities such as shops or cafes felt like we were out in the sticks somewhere. Taxi prices were extortionate to city of Madrid cost me 70 euros from hotel back to airport and 65 euros from airport to hotel. Awful. Shocked at how little English staff spoke which made communicating really hard and frustrating although he staff were very friendly and helpful where they could be.

Amazing rooms
The rooms in this hotel are brilliant- almost like a small flat. The downside is it is in a commercial area with very little around for a tourist. However, the light railway is a short walk away, and runs until very late, so it is easy to get into Central Madrid. Would consider staying here again if I return to Madrid.

Service was too notch very helpful, friendly and attentive staff food was quality and being away from central Madrid considering how efficient the metro is proved no hardship at all indeed was a plus point- would definitely stay there again

A good value and we would stay there again because the price was right. The facility and room however are showing wear and tear. It has not been kept up but it was clean. The site felt safe the room was spacious and the amenities were also good. Soap and shampoo are provided. Easy and free parking. Our bargain internet price did not include breakfast. Good stay but not if you pay full price.

Just great
I am always satisfied whenever I have chance to stay in this 4star hotel especially when I can get a good price deal. Safe place, well communicated, quite room, comfortable bed, clean, free garaged parking, fast reliable WiFi, etc. For me I give it a 10 and is one of the best hotel in the area! Better than AC , NH and any other 4star Hotel in the area.

Hotel is beginning to show signs of age. Floor in room was scratched and gapped in places. Front of building is in dire need of paint. Little, if any insulation between rooms. Breakfast was nice though, and the location was convenient for getting the train to the city center (about 30 minutes total).

Well located, excellent staff but rooms are old
The hotel is ideally located in Pozuelo however I do not recommend it if you are looking to visit Madrid because it is definitely far from the city center. The hotel it self is very nice, the staff is very kind and helpful too. You have a good choice for breakfast and the restaurant is decent as well. We had a free late check out and this was really enjoyable. Plenty of free parking spots. The only two things negative is that in our room the floor was broken giving an impression of lack of maintenance and a terrible wifi connection (free, but still).
