It is a practical and functional 33 m2 apartment for 3 people, ideal for up to three guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is located on the second floor and the building has a lift. The bedroom is spacious, has a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding and space to store your belongings. In the living room you will find a comfortable single sofa bed, television and a small dining area. All the accommodation is equipped with split air conditioning hot/cold. You have a modern and spacious bathroom with hydro-massage shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel. We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the bed. The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning. The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 3 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron. S. 5 Jul 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location Disliked: Listing accuracy #### Hat nicht gehalten, was es versprochen hat Eins muss man direkt sagen, die Bewertung von diesem Appartement ist mir sehr schwer gefallen und die einzelnen Kategorien geben nicht das wieder, was ich/wir zu bemängeln haben. Ein ganz klares Plus für diese Wohnung ist die Lage, 100m von der Gran Via, dem Herz von Madrid, entfernt. Kommunikation und Sauberkeit waren auch kein Problem. Was uns massiv gestört hat, dass die Bilder des Inserats so nicht mehr dem Zustand der Wohnung entsprechen. Die Wohnung ist eindeutig in die Jahre gekommen und muss ganz dringend renoviert werden. Nur mal ein paar Dinge die uns aufgefallen sind: - Der Boden, Laminat, ist eine Katastrophe! Die einzelnen Platten des Laminat haben sich auseinander geschoben und weisen teilweise Lücken von mehreren Zentimetern auf. (Ich hätte gerne Fotos gepostet, geht leider nicht). Barfuß sollte man hier auf keinen Fall laufen, Splittergefahr. - Die Bettlagen hatten an den Ecken Löcher und man hatte regelrecht Angst, dass sie weiter aufreißen. - Das Sofa ist mega unbequem. Bei sitzen hat man ständig eine harte Kante die einem in dem Rücken drückt. So kann man Abends nicht noch gemütlich TV sehen. - Zum Ein- und Ausschalten des TV muss man den Stecker ziehen. Die Remote funktioniert hier nur teilweise. Alles in allem, bei dem aktuellen Zustand passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Die Wohnung ist do eindeutig zu teuer. ##### Momme J. S.
