Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms distributed over three floors with direct access to the street, a spacious living-dining room, an independent kitchen and a private patio; 2 minutes from the subway walking. The space The house is made up of a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, an independent kitchen, three bedrooms, two on the second floor and the third in the attic. Two full bathrooms with shower. Good-sized rooms, with a double bed, and cabinets or furniture to store your belongings. The house has air conditioning and individual natural gas heating, perfect for maintaining an ideal temperature on cold winter days. The spacious living room is divided into two: the living room and the dining room. In the living area there is a comfortable double sofa-bed, a central coffee table, an armchair, a flat screen TV and a Wi-Fi router. In the dining area with direct access to the kitchen. Kitchen equipped with all appliances: fridge with freezer, vitro, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster and kitchenware. No deliveries are made after 11:00 p.m. The cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the tenant in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the house (€150 to be paid to the locksmith prior to opening the house).
