    This spacious studio apartment (second floor with lift) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 metres from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 metres from Plaza Mayor, and 750 metres from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.



    Ideal for couples, friends, or families with children.



    It was inaugurated in March 2024.

Excellent location, in the city center, near many good restaurants. Easy acces to the Metro station. Very friendly staff and even if it is with self checkin, you get immediate support, welcome messages with all the needed details (wup, email). Very good quality of the studio and good value for money given also that it is in the city center. Nothing I would change :)

Fantastic stay in Cava Baja Suites

Fantastic location, close to Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor & several metro stations. Along the same street Calle Cava Baja are numerous well priced tapas bars. The communication from the apartment management was excellent from start to finish, very professional. The apartments are very clean with all the essentials including hair dryer, iron and kitchen utensils/equipment. We were very happy with our stay and we will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Perfect short-stay location, and the pictures actually match the listing!

Beautiful little apartment! The neighbourhood is wonderful, and surprisingly quiet at night. Our host was very responsive and kind. The place also has little touches that you appreciate when travelling - a spacious shower, places to put toiletries, good lighting, excellent air-conditioning and an easy entry&#47exit system. Highly recommended! Nothing.
