There are several reasons for this rating as following: 1- host communication is terrible and somehow inappropriate. Specifically, requesting for identification documents is unnecessary and above host authority. 2- Poor ventilation in apartment causes bad smell particularly cooking and using bathroom. As there is no fan/ventilation in bathroom/toilet. 3- inadequate essential items such as toilet paper ( only 2 rolls was provided for 3 nights), lack of extra blanket and linens. 4- No WiFi/Internet connection downgrades the liveability of apartment for a family travelling with kids. In summer, the host is irresponsible, not welcoming. Very basic apartment.

Uma viagem planeada com algum tempo para 4 pessoas sendo que não iriamos passar muito tempo no espaço. Dito isto o espaço é mais pequeno do que aparenta nas fotos, com o sofá cama aberto fica apenas o corredor de passagem.Na chegada tínhamos alguém para nos receber no entanto houve uma pequena troca com o apartamento que sendo iguais seria insignificante mas no conjunto passou a ter relevância. Questionei se a zona era apenas de residentes ou se tinha alguma limitação. Resposta dada, não pode estar estacionada à vontade, passados 2 dias tinha um multa era uma zona de residentes. Uma resposta errada é pior que dizer que não sabe. A TV não funcionava, quando questionada a pessoa que nos recebeu disse que não era com ele essa questão e não apresentou qualquer solução.A limpeza aparentemente estava boa no entanto tive de lavar parte da loiça para a usar, tacho claramente sujo, alguns pratos e talheres sujos e pelo menos um copo lascado. Zona de refeições é a entrada e não dá para 4 pessoas comerem com espaço, ficam sempre entalados e de pernas abertas.A nível de conforto o sofá-cama fazia uma cova, sentiam-se as ripas, era desconfortável e já necessitava de ser mudado. A cama quem ficava por baixo do ar condicionado levava com pingos, e não eram tão pequenos quanto isso.O único ponto positivo é a localização, fica perto de 3 estações de metro e 1 delas é de ligação, a deslocação é fácil.Claramente paguei mais do que aquilo que recebi e não regressaria nem recomendo a casa

El propietario no me quiso cambiar la reserva con la excusa de que tenía q ser el mismo mes, cuando antes me lo había cambiado ya de un mes para otro. Tuve q mandarle mil mensajes, a los q no contestaba. No me dio ninguna solución. Quiero el reembolso.
