  • Apartment right in the heart of the city, 50 metres from Spain’s “Km 0,” a brand-new apartment that has undergone a high-end renovation. Luxury decor; it has everything you need for your stay, including amenities. We have another, larger apartment right next to this one for larger groups. We offer a transfer service.

    I give my guests their privacy, but I’m available if they need me.
    We’re available 24 hours a day to assist you

    Sol, a bustling area right in the heart of Madrid, is home to laid-back tapas bars, cafes with terraces, and pedestrian streets lined with shops. There are also museums, theatres, and architecturally significant buildings along Gran Vía, as well as lively spots like Plaza Mayor and the San Miguel Market, with food stalls, restaurants, wine bars, and a vibrant nightlife

    Most of these are right by Puerta del Sol
    🚫 Basic rules.

    Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
    Check-out: before 11:00 a.m.

    Parties and events: Not permitted.

    Occupancy: Only guests included in the reservation and properly registered may stay, including children.

    Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace if the apartment has one and smoking is allowed there.

    Noise: Please respect your neighbors’ peace and quiet and avoid disruptive noise. Quiet hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.; holidays, 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

    Leave the kitchen tidy, the utensils clean, and the trash in the appropriate bins.

    Take care of the furniture and report any damage or loss of keys to our team.

Great location in older part of town overlooking little plaza. Convenient to all the essential sites. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Space was very clean and modern with nice little touches like free water bottles and coffee pods. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms perfect for my family of 4. Not huge but smart setup and easily have handled 6. Operators had great communication and easy to reach. (Thanks for early bag drop-off!) We would definitely recommend! Thanks for a great stay!
