Staff was prompt and helpful as we couldn’t find the wifi password and she came right over and helped us. If we needed anything they were available to help. The fire pit was so cozy and so nice! It was a great two nights spent. The place is newly renovated and so clean and the beds pillows sheets etc were all so cozy and comfy!! Had a coffee maker but no coffee pods. No screens on the windows. No latch on the front door. Very poor view and noisy. No thermostat. For the price we paid, this was not what we expected. We decided to leave and as we were leaving the employee of the Motel was pulling in and flagged us down so we went back in to check in. It took a little time as they did not have WIFI or correct forms. The rooms were not ready so we were told that he would text us and leave the keys in the lockbox, We did not hear back from him so we decided to drive home.
