Doty ★ Walk to Everything -Hotel Quality- Downtown

  • Welcome to my modern second story space in downtown Madison. Business friendly, and Free access to co-working space a couple blocks away is included. 3 bedrooms with a beautiful kitchen and beer in the fridge. No need to Uber, you're just a few blocks from all the venues around the Capitol square, State St, and Kohl Center. Easy to get to the UW-Campus, Sylvee, Alliant Energy Center, and all the bars/restaurants in Madison.

    Completely updated with modern kitchen and bathroom, exposed brick, and vaulted ceilings. This is the second level of a downtown 2 story house. Large common entry way, with a private door to the upstairs. *must be able to walk up stairs*

    All 3 bedrooms are spacious and there is a washer/dryer in the space available for use. Bathroom is quite large including a tub & shower combo, towel warming rack, and wide vanity. Madison craft beer in the fridge!
