It was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that no wood was provided for the fire ring, but we managed to find enough dead twigs and branches in the yard to burn. The deck off the kitchen needed a good sweeping-dead leaves, debris and twigs around the patio furniture. The screen door had a large tear so we couldn't leave the kitchen door open.
