Would be nice if you have a sign in front of the entrance door that states Best Western because when you come in at night your looking at you gps and you don’t notice the hotel is there, it looked like an apartment building at night.

It was middle of road hotel. Check in staff not friendly. Pool only had two towels. Room was fine.

The room was unpainted. The mattress was like an old one out of the alley and there were 2 tiny pillows on a king size bed. The breakfast was a joke

Fine for budget one night stay. Beds were really uncomfortable. The pull-out sofa was paper thin and no fitted sheets were provided. Breakfast was fine - always enjoy fresh waffles but the eggs were super watery and the sausage was not great. Staff was polite. The kids had fun in the pool. Nothing outstanding, but it’ll do in a pinch.

This hotel will make just anyone a key to your room, they have multiple authorizations on my card still not taken care of because a feont desk worker repeatedly swiped my card, the microwave didnt work. To top if off nobody was available to actually do anything about making the situation right because the GM was fired understandably

Not a great stay…
We booked two rooms but when we checked in they only found one room, saying that for some reason one of the rooms was cancelled (not by us). Although we paid for two rooms. The person at the desk said that they just got a new computer system and he couldn’t figure out how to reinstate it, and there was no manager in duty since it was late at night. He did give us a second room; however upon walking into that it was clear that it had not been cleaned-no sheets on the bed, messy bathroom, etc. So we had to go back down and he was able to give us another room. Also, in the morning around 8am housekeeping tried to get into both rooms bc for some reason they thought they were not occupied. And we have been waiting for a manager to contact us all weekend and so far no response. Breakfast was only ok. Very very basic.

Great Stay
Check in was very efficient. Quick & friendly check in. She was very efficient explaining that they were painting the building and making sure we were aware. They also had notes on the doors. Really appreciate that.

The walls in the room were dirty. The hairdryer had sparks coming out of it. The phone did not work. One of the outlets did not work. The damage deposit was $100 which I think is too much and will not be returned for 5-7 days. The fact I used my debit card, I am not happy. If I would have been told that up front, I would not have stayed there!

Unfortunately, we were not made aware of these issues until you were checking out. Next time please let us know while you are here so we can help provide a better experience for you. In regard to the incidental hold, we do have a sign by each credit card machine and when you insert your card and press ok, you are agreeing to that hold. It is also stated in the registration card you signed and is on the website that you booked on. If you have other ideas for making guests aware of this policy, I always welcome suggestions. :)
