Very good hotel with a lot of attention to detail. Daily room service with plenty of water and snacks. Only issue we had was with WiFi which needed to be reset by the staff twice. Convenient location near Gundavli Metro station.

Great hotel right by the airport with a lovely outdoor pool. A thoroughly enjoyable stay. Venus room and corridor carpets to room need a bit of TLC as getting a bit worn and dated but the uniqueness of the hotel lets you forgive that. One improvement would be proper sunbeds round the pool as the current furniture doesn't allow you to sunbath properly. Pravin on the bar gave great service.

The stay was very comfortable. the room was clean. The in room dining was quick and the food was delicious. The staff was very helpful and polite. The reception staff was very courteous especially the 'Afreen' THIS GIRL WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT. tHE BUFFET AND ENTERTAINMENT WAS TOO GOOD!

The airport was steps away from terminal T1 which was very convenient. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. We got upgraded to a suite because of the double bed room being close to a smoking zone. The restaurant options and food were also very good. My children loved the hotel and the hotel room and want to come back here. Overall a wonderful stay and I would love to come back here again.

Very very loud music on the first night complained but nothing done people upstairs having a party banging and loud music again complained twice and nobody got back to me very very disappointed with Novotel. Emailed a complaint and still heard nothing back
