"This is just a really nice house with a lot of character, located across the street from a very pretty park, a two-minute walk to a good ice cream store, about five minutes walk to downtown, maybe three minute drive (or 15 minute walk?) to Marietta College. It has a lot of character and nice old-fashioned charm. Sitting on the big porch watching the river flow and doing a puzzle was wonderful."

"Big Bottom is lovely. The open concept kitchen and family room is spacious which opens to the deck with more ample seating overlooking the lower patio and fire pit. The River bank is quite steep and challenging to fish without a dock. We rented in November so no dock is understandable. The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities you could think of.
