"Staff were lovely during our arrival. They took our bags whilst we could explore the city before checking in. The room was clean and tidy and was lovely too. The only downsides were some stains in the shower, it seems it was from a previous sticky non slip mat that had been peeled off and left residue. Outside the room was also quite noisy with construction going on but I suppose that’s out of the hotels control. We were on level 2 so perhaps being higher up would’ve helped. Coffee, tea and...
