Great for one night.
Very convenient stop over on the journey south through France. Mini kitchen in room served our needs. Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. The lady overseeing breakfast was efficient but not very friendly.

Good value but basic.
The location is very good. I think the carpet in the room is looking a bit tired, a thorough cleaning may help. The room overall is clean but in need of an upgrade. Staff are very friendly and good transport links.

Friendly spacious bath air con kitchen comfortable
I have stayed here a few times and during heat the rooms are big and we'll air conditioned. I even get a bath. Bus outside to tail and metro is convenient

Simple and clean accomodations
Nice and easy check in. Man at the counter was very friendly. A good walk from the bus station, if not in shape I would recommend the metro. Simple and clean accomodations.

Great price, not so great neighborhood.
We were on a two week road trip through Europe and selected this hotel since it was on our back from Barcelona. The room was great, it has a kitchenette, a very nice size bathroom, very comfortable bed and great air conditioner. It also offered free parking and it was an overall great value. The only negative was that it was not in a very nice neighborhood.

It was ok, there is the TV which is really really small, it`s not a real shower, the washer, there is only 1 so sometimes you have to wait. Dryer does not work properly as I wasn`t able to get my clothes dry completly.

Good basic hotel
The hotel itself is great - friendly service, with staff able to speak English, comfortable beds and clean facilities. Be aware that reception is closed for lunch between 12.30 and 14.00, so if you arrive at this time you are unable to check in (we arrived at 13.30 and had to wait for 30 minutes). However the location for us was not ideal. The train you get from the airport takes you to Gare de Part Dieu, to then get to the hotel involved two metro lines and a bus.

A fair way from the tourist destinations, the hotel is in a commercial area within walking distance of the railway station. It is a little hard to find and lacks places to eat in the nearby area. Clean with helpful staff they happily changed our room when the previous guest had smoked in a non smoking room.

Residhotel Lyon Lamartine
This place is very hard to find, the sat nav does not recognize the address number of this hotel and resulted in a stressful drive in the opposite direction for a while in peak hours and took forever to turn around. They charged 8.00 euro for parking even though it is really inconveniently located outside Lyon city centre. Do not stay here without a car. Man at reception desk was rude, studio was nice, but outdated although the bathroom was really nice. There's nothing really special about this place and we would recommend staying in city centre next time if you're being charged for parking anyway. Okay for just one night stay though.

For price paid this was a perfectly acceptable hotel for our overnight stay. The reception was helpful directing us to a restaurant for our evening meal and directing us to the hotel car park. The hotel was quite hard to find as it was behind another building. It was located just off the motorway and we would recommend it for an overnight stay on the way to the South of France.

Good place to stay in Lyon
Nice comfortable place, would be excellent for someone on an extended stay. Convenient to major roadways. Wouldn't be your first choice if you wanted to stay in the center of things, but sometimes you don't want or need that, and it was perfect for me.

My only complaint about the hotel
My only complaint about the hotel is a lack of WiFi. I really needed wifi access and their advertisement stated they included wifi but it cost more to have it and involved using a cable which my computer did not have a port for. My computer could only operate on wireless.

Appartement un peu bancal dans sa globalité, le frigo est bancal, tout comme la chasse d’eau, le lit, les planches qui servent de tables de chevet, éviers qui s’ouvrent bizarrement et le robinet de la salle de bain qui est mal fixé donc on est obligé de le tenir pour modifier la température et l’intensité, les plaques électriques n’ont aucune information, on ne sait pas quelle plaque on allume ni à quelle intensité, la télé rayée. Le chauffé serviette qui n’a pas d’indication. Et l’insonorisation dans le couloir laisse à désiré. Mais globalement le séjour s’est bien passé.

La struttura è’ datata ma nonostante tutto ha tutti i confort necessari. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è’ ottimo. Nei dintorni si trovano parcheggi gratuiti. La zona è’ comoda per visitare Lione. Tra le note dolenti c’è il fatto che in tre giorni non sono mai passati a fare le pulizie e che il sistema della temperatura interna era un po’ macchinoso e non funzionava benissimo

Sehr gute Unterkunft
Wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es ist zwar nicht zentral liegend, man kann aber das Zentrum sehr leicht und schnell mit ÖPNV erreichen. Unsere Wohneinheit war sauber und geräumig. Trotz einer Autobahn in der Nähe war es ruhig. Wir schliefen sehr gut da. Ausser Salz in der Kochnische fehlten uns nichts.
