Ideally located, close to all amenities (grocery store, bakeries, pharmacies, post office, hospital, etc.). Near Place Jean Macé, Perrache Train station, Metro B, Tram 1 and 2, Station Vélo'v, bus. Underground paying parking space is optional (9€ per day). A deposit of 200€ will be required. It will be returned at the exit of the premises if no damage is found. Housing: The apartment is very well equipped, so that you can feel at home: kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven and microwave, washing machine, fiber optic TV and optical fiber WIFI, iron and ironing board, kitchen ware and many utensils, etc. The accommodation has a double bed and a sofa bed that can accommodate two other people, including children.
