Located in the heart of the Part Dieu district, the business heart of the city, our apartment offers all the comfort of a modern residence. With a surface area of 46 m², this one-bedroom apartment is perfect for a business trip or for a couple's vacation.

You will enjoy a pleasant and bright living room with HD TV and a sofa bed of 160*200cm, a modern and fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a Queen-size bed of 160*200cm. The apartment comes with a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. The living room opens onto a large balcony with a table for 6 people, overlooking the courtyard of the building. Finally, a garage in a secure box awaits your vehicle in the undeground level.

High speed WIFI is available.

Sheets and towels are provided. We also welcome you with various products (coffee, tea, rice, pasta...).

The entry in the premises is done with our reception agent by appointment. The checkout is scheduled at 11am at the latest.

For long stays, our dedicated team will have to access the apartment for a full cleaning every 2 weeks (already included in the price paid) in accordance with our rental conditions, with a time slot defined in advance with the traveler. It is a compulsory cleaning for your comfort and to maintain the apartment at its best, thanks for your understanding.

For any additional cleaning other than those planned: supplement of 60E per cleaning.

Late departure until 1pm is possible for 18E extra (to be requested the day before departure at the latest).

Our team is mobilized to guarantee you the best stay in complete safety! Before each arrival, we have a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linens used.

As mentioned in the anounce, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighborhood are forbidden in our apartment.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.

Any breach of these rules during the stay will result in a financial penalty.

In the case of a late checkin (after 8PM), supplementary fees will apply and will have to be paid to the person meeting you at our apartment.
From 8PM to 10PM : 20E
From 10PM to midnight : 30E

Please note: any delay of more than 20 minutes at the key collection appointment will incur additional charges.

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one bedding each. It costs 18D/bedding for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
Example : if 2 persons wish to use the 2 beddings, the extra cost is 18E/stay/bedding.
