Le logement s’organise autour d’espaces généreux et bien définis : \- une cuisine fonctionnelle et entièrement aménagée, comprenant réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélation, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, cafetière, vaisselle et autres équipements. \- La pièce principale offre un espace salon confortable avec canapé et fauteuil, prolongé par un coin repas doté d’une grande table et de quatre assises, parfaitement adapté aux moments conviviaux comme au travail à distance. Côté nuit, l’appartement dispose de deux chambres : \- la première est équipée d’un lit double en 160 × 200 et de rangements ; \- la seconde propose un lit double en 140 × 200 et un portant, sans fenêtre directe mais séparée du séjour par une verrière avec rideaux pour préserver l’intimité. \- La salle d’eau, accessible depuis les deux chambres, comprend une douche et un sèche-serviettes. Les toilettes sont indépendantes. Des rideaux occultants sont installés afin d’assurer un confort optimal pendant la nuit.
