The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They have free refillable cold water. The beds are nice and breakfast was very good. The facilities are clean and you can stay in the waiting area.
Good location close to trains. Seemed like a rougher area of the city though didn’t want to go out alone at night. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. The best amenity was having a fan in the room during the heatwave which other hostels did not offer. That was a real blessing. Shower was better than my other hostels. The price was really great for the quality.
Nice hostel, the bed was actually pretty nice but there were no AC in the room and it was impossible to sleep. Not enough toilets per numbers of person but it was clean and the fact that the room was nice is a +++. Not a single place to meet other travelers. I do recommend for a short stay.
The rooms as well as the toilettes and showers were clean. The staff was friendly and could speak english very well. The hostel is very close to the city center. In my opinion, for the price it is a very good hostel. I was there for three nights. At the first night (Saturday) it was very loud on the street so we couldn't open the window, but it can happen everywhere.
The place and staff are amazing 10/10.
But I’m giving one star because the room had no fan during a heat wave, and the hostel didn’t have enough fans to provide guests. It was 30°C inside, how can anyone sleep in that?
I booked for three nights but couldn’t sleep for two of them. On the third day, with temperatures rising even more, I had to switch to another hotel with A/C.
Really disappointing, especially since everything else was great.
The installations in the room are completely new, everything is perfectly clean. The entrance of the hotel is at the same time a bar. One gets a "voucher" for a free drink. Several languages are spoken. Among them spanish (perfectly). The place is silent. The next tramway station is located some 100 m away (but not on the same street, i.e., no related noise), which is very convenient, since it stops there about every ten minutes and drives you straight to the main railway station. The hotel is ideally placed to reach the old sections of the city, just over the bridge. One is also closeby to the public swimming pool system parallel to the river. In spite of its proximity to the historic part of the city, the pricing is very convenient.

Disliked: Cleanliness
This time, I think it was just a coincidence, but the person before me had a reservation problem. The problem was that it took about 30 minutes to deal with the problem, so the next customer had to wait. I hope they will try to deal with the situation flexibly. The room is painted black, so dust is noticeable. The floor is also made of a material that shows dirt easily, so I felt uncomfortable if it wasn't cleaned properly.
Super accueil , les équipes sont sympathiques et professionnels, l'hospitalité est très bien mise en valeur.
Les doetoirs femmes sont bien équipés, propres et la literie est confortable.
Les salles de bains communes sont pratiques et propres. Je recommande
