You can get there by public transport (TCL bus stop line C20E is 3 minutes away). Charming cottage housed in the owners' large house with ground-level access and completely independent. Private, shaded terrace and garden. Garden furniture, sun loungers, and private barbecue. Private parking in front of the property. Very bright, tastefully decorated living area (kitchen area, dining area, and living area with a comfortable 160 x 200 cm sofa bed). 1 bedroom (160 cm double bed that can be converted into two 80 cm single beds) with bathroom (shower, sink).
