Good location however the housekeeping was poor Dustbins were not emptied everyday The plumbing was poor and we had to wait till the next day for someone to fix it Breakfast was very basic with no variations at all

On our way back to Paris
We were tired and were hoping to find an hotel outside Lyon, the typical Motels in the USA. That is not likely to be found in Europe as most people use public transportation. Unquestionably a good value but the problems of getting after hours the keys to the room (a serious challenge unless you know at least SOME French) and finding a safe parking location (hotel offers no garage service) at night when it is your first night in downtown Lyon (is it safe?). Thus my recommendation is to arrive after traffic lessens but not too late.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in
Great value for price - even basic rooms come with a kitchenette, sitting area, spacious bathroom. Internet is an extra charge and check-out time is quite early, but the rooms are gorgeous and the location is quite good (across the street from Valmy metro station)

The apartments are very handy for the metro which makes getting around Lyon easy. The safe in the room was not working and the room walls were in need of a freshen up The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable
