"Not a repeat! Dirty floors, hair on my pillow,hair in the shower and reaked of pot in the hallways. Beds very uncomfortable and not even a hook on the bathroom door to hang a robe. The supposed secure locked back of the building door was propped open day and night so anyone could get in. Extremely disappointed."

Free breakfast available hot and fresh every morning. Will need a vehicle to get around, Uber and public transportation are accessible as well."

"Hot tub wasn’t available and not a single note, flyer or staff member explained this! Pool was cloudy looking. $30 a night to park is ridiculous! Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Food was amazing at both restaurants. It was on the more expensive side, but it seemed like any nice place is Salem was comparable and the food here was wonderful. No spooky stuff happened in our room, which was a relief to my partner (who didn’t know we were staying in one of the most haunted hotels in America). If you like a time period stay with updates, this is the way to go. They kept the classic parts of the hotel, but the bathrooms were updated with nice tubs and showers. The only thing was it’s on the smaller side (understandable as it is a 1920s building and everything was small). Such as the toilet paper was mounted to the bathroom door so when we showered (no vent) the condensation would get the toilet paper wet. They set the whole building to heat in the colder months (and cool in the summer months) and we are hot sleepers so we were worried we would get too hot. The windows open and they offer box fans if we got too hot (we never did and the room was set at 72 which is unheard of for us living at home in 67-69 degrees in our house). It was all very comfortable and cute and was a wonderful stay. When we come back to Salem we will more than likely book her again, especially since parking is included all the way until 10-11pm (I can’t remember exactly) on your check out day and they will even secure your luggage for you after check out so you can explore some more. "
