"The unit was very clean.The bed and bedding was very comfortable.TV and AC worked great with no issues.It felt newly decorated. "After a 12 hour drive we arrived around 11:00 at night and walked in to the staff member sleeping. Had to wake her up and then they tried to put us in a dog friendly room due to that was all they had left. We went to the room and it smelled like dog pee so we went back to front desk and she said she couldn’t change room without her boss. After a bit she called her boss and he did put us in a king suite for no extra charge. We got into the room and the bathroom was filthy. But the bed was a very comfortable bed and the rest of the room was clean. Day 2 our toilet leaked into the room below us and flooded it so we had to change rooms. Next room the bathroom was filthy again. We were not in that room for more than 10 minutes and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Called the front desk and they said they couldn’t fix it that night or the next. So we had to change rooms again. So now we are on our 4 th room. Again bathroom was filthy and the sheets had stains on them. At that point I was done and just decided to clean the bathroom myself and to just sleep in the stained sheets. The stair ways had food and trash in them and it looked like they hadn’t vacuumed them in months. The doors had food spilt all over them. The lobby is clean and they had some nice staff members working up front. For the price we paid I would suggest driving the extra 30 minutes away to stay at a nicer hotel."

"Good place to stay! Check-in was quick and easy, even though we arrived 30 min. before the official check-in time. Lobby, hallway, & room were clean. Bedroom & bathroom were nice - no issues. We didn't use any amenities because of our limited time there (overnight after a wedding). Continental breakfast was decent and met our needs. One thing to note - the side entry door leading to the 1st floor hallway with occupant rooms had a key card scanner, but the door itself did not close all the way to lock. Anyone could have gained access at any time. We would stay there again, but would hope the door lock could be fixed."

"This property is old and needs improvements. The first room I was in had plumbing issues with. O hot water and a back up in the toilet. When I first got into the room, there was feces waste in the toilet. The staff moved me to a different room and said they had been having problems with the plumbing in that room. The second room was better, but the shower hand rail was not attached in the tub. The holes where it was attached were mostly covered with some kind of tape but there was also rust. The staff were very friendly. However one of the staff was feeding a baby in a high chair in the middle of the lobby. Maybe the staff live there? Overall the property was only 5 minutes from Hospice of Hope, which is where I was visiting my mom. The location was convenient to that, but local amenities were scarce. 25 minutes to a grocery store and 35 minutes to Hillsboro where there are a few more restaurants."
