Staff were the best thing that they had to offer. Absolutely awesome people. The room was listed for disabled but was the size of a matchbox. I could not take my walker in, and God forbid someone needed a wheelchair. Room did not have a comfortable chair. The bathroom had no vanity or even a shelf to place toiletries on. Breakfast was very good, but for those that use artificial sweetener, take your own. Parking was plentiful.

The room was okay. It is the only hotel in Batavia so we stay there for convenience. For what you get it is a little expensive and they get it because it is the only place in town. This time I noticed a lot of noise from room above and the tv in the next room. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is awful, just cheap food with no nutritional value.

Unfortunately upon checking into our room, the power went out and the two nights we stayed there was no power, and that ruled out the provision of any breakfast being available.

The hotel was extremely nice. The only thing I did not care for was the bathroom. There’s a giant window wall between the bathroom and the beds. It has a slider that covers the window, but it’s translucent and you can see get other person. Not a big deal with a couple, but when it’s your 19 year old daughter, your wife, and me sharing a 2 queen bed room, it gets awkward.

This property is absolutely GROSS!! Thank goodness I keep a can of Lysol disinfectant spray with me in my van because my room screamed GERMS everywhere’s!! This hotels inside looked like something out of the 1970s. With all original furnishings from the 1970s. VERY OLD AND OUTDATED ALL THROUGHOUT THIS HOTEL. Although the hotel was nasty and ran down looking both inside and out. Their hotel clerk there was SUPER nice!! Overall, just a nasty hotel.

Great staff. Very helpful. Worked with us. Pool had tons of chlorine in it. Bathroom door would not shut unless you lifted seat. Tv hard to work and reception wasn’t very good. But staff and cleanliness was worth it. Toilet backed up but they fixed it quickly. Would stay again.

The staff was wonderful but there was, what appraised to be mold, in our room. The second floor smelled like smoke. We spoke with the front desk and they moved us to the 3rd floor which smelled better, but that room also seemed to have mold in it.
