Another Grand Stay in This Unit!

We visit this area two-three times a year for a couple of weeks each trip. This has been our best find for overall accommodation, location, and enjoyment! It is really ideal for a few days but we easily re-adjust so we can fill it up with our things for longer stays, especially for two adults.

Weekend Getaway

Had a weekend getaway in Lynchburg and this apartment was perfect. Great size and location was within walking distance of everything we wanted in downtown. Communication was great and checkin was easy and painless will look at staying here again in the future.

Great downtown place

We really enjoyed our stay. We needed more room than a hotel would offer and were so glad we chose this place. Convenient location and comfortable. We will definitely be back. The host was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions.

Great stay!

We had an amazing time at this property! The location is absolutely perfect. You’re close to everything and you can see the tips of the blue ridge from the balcony. The unit was very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we could ever need. I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore downtown Lynchburg.

Great location

Super clean updated property. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Parking wasn’t bad. If you come on the weekend there are a lot of on street parking options.

Quiet stay in heart of downtown

We loved our stay here, it was close to so many restaurants/bars/shops! We parked and never had to drive anywhere, it was private with curtains closed and quiet. Our unit was clean, comfy and had cute decor. If we travel back to downtown lynchburg we will be booking again. Must see places if you stay: Bootleggers, Water Dog & Batter bar!

Friends extraordinary womens getaway

The property was very clean, comfortable, and was in a pretty area. The owners were quick to respond to questions which I appreciated. We were worried about parking but we found a public parking area a block from the property. We felt safe walking to and from.

Great apartment in a great location!

My friend and I were planning on attending a LU football game and found this adorable apartment super close to campus. This apartment is in a perfect area surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, etc ALL in walking distance. There was free parking which was great too! The apartment is decorated beautifully and had movies, toiletries, etc to make your stay easier. We had a great time!

Excellent Apartment in DT Lynchburg

Not only were the hosts both very accommodating and quick to respond if I had a question, but the apartment was wonderful! Calvin and Eva made sure to provide guests with all the extra little details and things you may need while traveling. The apartment was spotless and the view of the artwork and parts of downtown are beautiful. Also, love that you get to take the art alley to get to the unit! Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again. :)

Perfect Lynchburg home away spot!

This property has always been a good location spot for us. It is in a great walkable area of downtown. And it overlooks the River. Finding the right unit isn’t always easy - level one, clean, comfortable furniture, great host/s. This visit was perfect! There was a minor AC problem when we first checked in and the hosts immediately responded, knew what to do and who to contact, and all was repaired by early the next day. Both the hosts and the owner followed up with us to be sure we were comfortable. Exactly what should happen - what I’d do for my guests! We’ve already booked again for spring! Looking forward to our return.

Living la vida loca

This property was clean and well appointed. We lacked for nothing! Fresh towels, kitchen supplies and basics including laundry. The smashing gallery and street art around the corner and views were delightful. Excellent food within 1-5 block radius and communication board at entrance gave detailed suggestions and support. The old key card in the entry way should be removed to avoid confusion about how to access apartment. Also, the toilet paper holder needs repair. Would definitely be a repeat costumer and likely will since my husband is allergic to my sister's dog and we need alternative place to stay for visits.

Clean Property with Great Manager, But Significant Issues Make It a No-Go"

We recently stayed at this property, and while there were some positives, there were also significant drawbacks that would prevent us from returning.Pros:The unit was clean upon arrival, and communication with the property manager, Red, was excellent. She was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions on how to temporarily park and unload our items, which made an otherwise frustrating situation a bit more manageable. Red is truly the greatest asset to this property.Cons:Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our stay. First, the directions to locate the unit were not very clear, which caused some initial confusion. Once we settled in, we encountered a persistent ant problem. They were in the kitchen (even on our cups), the bathroom, and even in the bed, which was very unsettling. The most challenging aspect, however, was the parking situation. The designated parking was over a quarter mile away and uphill, which made it extremely inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage or groceries.While the property manager did her best to assist us, the combination of these issues made our stay less enjoyable. And the walls are. VERY thin. We heard every step and conversation from people outside. Regrettably, I wouldn’t stay at this property again.
