This architect designed apartment set on the ground floor of an imposing Edwardian house is newly refurbished and renovated to create light and airy space. Offers private parking, two bedrooms, master with a king size bed and a cot, twin room with two single beds. Which means the apartment caters for 4 adults and an infant. There is a fully equipped new kitchen, lounge, dining room with French door opening to the garden. Both bedrooms have also direct access to the garden. On display in the apartment is a selection of fine art by local artists, available for sale, enquiries welcome. It is a three minutes walk to the centre of the bustling Lyme Regis, down the hill to it's beautiful River Walk, walkers can choose to follow the river Lym past the town Mill to the seafront, or to follow upstream towards Uplyme and surrounding woodlands, or follow the stunning coastal paths.
