The room was very clean, well appointed given the historic nature of the hotel. The bed was comfy, shower perfect and the staff very accommodating all week. The buffet breakfast in the beautiful dining room was plentiful and well laid out. Again, the staff were very accommodating. Understanding that Ukraine is a country under attack, it is important to know that the hotel has a comfortable, staffed shelter in the basement.
